THE COCOON  RESORT

This SILVERLAKES boutique resort project will span 111 acres of prime lakeside pool villa resort development. Slated for completion in 3-4 years, this will be the first of its kind boutique lakeside pool villa resort in Malaysia with each individual villa spanning at least 3,000 sq.ft. overlooking the lake.

Lakeside Residences

The Lakeside Residences will be built in two phases – the first on 65 acr es in Parcel A while the second will span 115 acres on Parcel B. This pristine luxury development will consist of gated and guarded premium lakeside and courtyard homes targeted for private residences as well as holidayhomes.
